1. Platform Disclaimer
Auction Express is an auction platform that provides a marketplace for sellers to list and sell salvage materials. We act solely as a facilitator and are not the actual seller. Therefore, Auction Express assumes no responsibility for the quality, quantity, documentation, or condition of the materials offered. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims—including those related to business, revenue, profit, cost, or legal consequences—that may arise between the buyer and seller.
By participating in our platform, the buyer acknowledges that they have thoroughly discussed and understood the nature of the transaction with the seller, including matters related to product quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and legal compliance. Auction Express merely provides sourcing opportunities and has no involvement beyond facilitating the auction.
2. Sale Terms
All materials are sold on an "As Is, Where Is", "Whatever There Is", and "No Complaint" basis. There are no guarantees or warranties regarding quality or quantity.
All expenses related to loading, lifting, transportation, or any other incidental costs will be borne solely by the buyer. We strongly advise all bidders to physically inspect the material before participating, as no queries or complaints will be entertained after the bidding concludes.
3. Lifting Terms
Lifting of materials must be done strictly on advance payment, and as per the instructions provided by the seller (e.g., prioritizing removal of more damaged materials first).
4. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) Policy
Upon approval of a bid, the EMD of the highest bidder will be held by Auction Express and transferred/adjusted with the seller at the time of final lifting.
The second highest bidder’s EMD will be retained for 7 working days and may be called upon to complete the purchase if needed.
EMDs from all other bidders will be refunded within 2 working days of the auction\'s conclusion. No interest will be paid on any EMD held.
5. Right to Reject Bids
The seller reserves the full right to reject any bid without assigning any reason.
6. Valid Bids Only
Conditional bids or those submitted without an EMD will not be considered.
