Does Auction Express sell goods directly?
No. Auction Express acts only as a facilitator. The seller is always responsible for the quality, condition, and documentation of the materials.
How can I participate in an auction?
Simply register on our website, verify your details, and deposit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to place valid bids.
Do I need to pay to register?
Registration on the platform is free. However, participation in auctions requires an EMD as per the auction terms.
What is an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)?
EMD is a refundable security deposit required to participate in an auction. It ensures genuine participation.
What happens to my EMD if I don’t win the bid?
If you are not the highest or second-highest bidder, your EMD will be refunded within 2 working days after the auction ends.
Do you pay interest on EMD?
No. No interest is payable on EMD amounts held by Auction Express.
Are the goods guaranteed?
No. All materials are sold strictly on an “As Is, Where Is, No Complaint” basis with no warranty or guarantee on quality or quantity.
Who bears the cost of loading and transportation?
All costs related to loading, lifting, and transportation are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Can I inspect the goods before bidding?
Yes. We strongly recommend physical inspection of the materials before participating in the auction.
